Meet the Directors

Poedjo Soesilotomo BE, FChFP, CFP, RFP, IFPCert
Poedjo Soesilotomo or Tom graduated with a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Civil Engineering in 1988 from UTM. He worked for an MNC as a Project Controller in charge of the KK International Airport Lighting Project. He was involved in the cashflow planning as well as overall site management. His interest in Financial Services led him to pursue the ChFP-8 Module course in 1997 to upgrade his knowledge in financial planning and was awarded the designation in June of 2002. Tom was conferred the CFP designation in 2003 and in 2004 obtained the Islamic Financial Planning Certificate.

He is the Managing Director of ATA Capital Sdn Bhd and focuses on Estate Planning and has set his sights to venture into Islamic Financial Services to fulfill the needs of the Muslim community.

Anizah Teo FChFP, LUTCF, RFP
Anizah started her Insurance Career when she joined Malaysian Assurance Alliance Berhad, Kota Kinabalu Branch in 1986 and since then has led her group to win numerous awards for both Personal Achievements and Group Achievements. Her professional experience in the insurance field was recognized as follows :

1.	Guest Speaker for various Non Governmental Organisations & other Insurance Companies.
2.	In-house Trainer on Agency Management Training, Motivational Program for Malaysian Assurance Alliance Bhd.
3.	Chairman of The National Association of Malaysian Life Insurance & Financial Advisors (Sabah Branch)(1996-1998).
4.	Secretary of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) Sabah Zone (2001-2002).
5.	Program Chairman of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) Sabah Zone (2003-2004).
6.	Earned the designation of Fellow, Chartered Financial Practitioner, FChFP.

Anizah is the Executive Director of ATA Capital Sdn Bhd, a company set up to offer Financial Services and Training Programs, an area she is very passionate about. Her forte is in the area of Business Succession Planning.

Zafidah Yaakub FChFP, ChLP, RFP
Zafidah has been an insurance advisor with MAA Assurance, Kota Kinabalu since 1992. She was promoted to Agency Supervisor in 1995 and Agency Unit Manager in 1996. Since then, she has led her group to win numerous awards and has been one of the Top Agency Unit Managers in Sabah.

She earned the designation of Fellow, Chartered Financial Practitioner, FChFP, Chartered Life Practitioner, ChLP and the Registered Financial Planner, RFP. Zafidah is currently a Director of ATA Capital Sdn Bhd. Her expertise is in the area of Risk Management and Estate Planning.
